iFunSpace.com is owned and operated by Savinet Enterprises
Ltd. By using iFunSpace.com, you agree
to the terms and conditions listed in this document. An up to date copy of these Terms and
Conditions will always be available at http://www.ifunspace.com/en/rules/1.html. We reserve the right to change, amend, modify
and add to these Terms and Conditions at any time. If you do not agree with the Terms and
Conditions in this document, please do not use iFunSpace.com and do not
register an account with iFunSpace.com.
Overview of
iFunSpace.com
iFunSpace.com is a website which offers Internet based games
and services. Our game selection
includes online bingo, slots, and arcade style games. Our services also include lottery number generation. iFunSpace.com generates revenue through
advertising and pay per use service fees. iFunspace shares revenue with our customers through a rewards program
which customers can use to redeem prizes.
Terms of Services
By participating on the iFunspace website, you agree to be
legally bound by the Terms of Services as if you had signed this
agreement. If at any time you do not
agree with the Terms of Service, or you are involved in activity which violates
these terms, iFunSpace.com reserves the right to terminate your account and to
void any rewards contained within. iFunSpace.com reserves the right to restrict access to the website,
restrict use of the website, or restrict access to your account information at
our sole discretion and without any prior notice or liability. iFunspace cannot be held liable for any lack
of connectivity to our service that is beyond our control. The customer is
responsible for all charges relating to the usage of iFunSpace.com, including
connectivity, computer equipment and any other assistance necessary to access iFunSpace.com.
In order for iFunSpace.com to administer its rewards program,
and to administer customer support and investigations, you consent to allow
iFunspace.com employees and business partners access to your personal
information you have provided. iFunSpace.com will not disclose the occurrence of this access to your personal
information unless required by law.
iFunSpace.com limits each customer to only one account, and
limits access to each account only to the customer who created it. Balances contained in each account may not be
transferred to other accounts. In order
to participate in the iFunSpace.com rewards program, customers must provide
accurate contact information and keep this contact information updated. Customers must be 18 years of age or older and
a resident of the United States of America
and its territories, Australia, the United Kingdom, Great Britain or Canada in order to
participate in the rewards program.
Customers in other countries or not meeting the age requirement may use iFunSpace.com, but may not participate in the rewards program.
Services are purchased on a pay-per-use basis
using Credits. Credits are purchased in
U.S. dollars at rates made available through the websites. These rates are subject to change, and promotional
offers may be made available on specific dates, during specific times, or to
specific customers at the discretion of iFunSpace.com. Once Credits are purchased, they possess no
monetary value, and may not be exchanged back into U.S. dollars. iFunspace will provide, within five (5)
business days, a transaction history of the dates, amount of U.S. dollars
spent, and number of Credits purchased to each customer upon request. Customers who wish to refund their Credit
purchases may make a special request to iFunSpace.com. iFunSpace.com reserves the right to approve
or decline these requests at their sole discretion. Customers who wish to request a refund should
make sure not to purchase any services using Credits prior to their
request. Upon receipt of a refund
request, iFunSpace.com reserves the right to terminate the user account and
their access to iFunSpace.com immediately.
Games on iFunSpace.com (Arcade,
Bingo, Slots) are played using non-redeemable Credits which have no monetary
value. Scoring for games played are retained within our internal database and all prizes awarded for promotions for Arcade (including Puzzle, Casino, Trivia, etc.) games are based on the findings of said database. All disputes in regard to scores will be looked into and verified against our database. A house edge is removed from all transactions in our games of chance. This house edge is used in creating promotions, tournaments, and covering operating expenses. All new registrations on iFunSpace.com are provided with a number of free Credits which can be used to
play games. Additional Credits can be
obtained by completing tasks on the website (referred to as iActivities). These iActivities can be completed at no cost
to the customer, and include tasks such as logging in, completing your profile,
posting in the forum, and responding to newsletters.
iFunSpace.com administers its rewards program using
Rewards. Rewards have no monetary
value, and are redeemable only for items made available through the
iFunSpace.com Rewards Program, subject to availability and shipping. iFunSpace.com will indicate the quantities in
which each item are available, and the regional shipping availability. Please consult the rewards page and ensure
that items are available for shipping to your region before participating in
the Rewards Program. Reward items may
not be exchanged for U.S. dollars or any other currency. However, in order to be eligible to redeem your Rewards for our Credit Packages,
your account must be in good standing, and meet our minimum redemption
requirements. For more information on our minimum requirements, please
contact Customer Service. iFunSpace.com uses a 3rd party
company for drop shipments and will not be held liable for any delayed,
improper or failed deliveries. iFunSpace.com will provide information to our customers regarding their
shipments so that they may contact the shipping company in the case of these
situations. In order to process your redemption, you must supply valid contact information including full name and address. You must also have a valid email address. Upon your first redemption request, we will send you an email asking you to verify this information. We will not process redemptions until we have received a response to that email.
iFunSpace.com will operate games, contests, promotions and
tournaments. Participation in these
events is subject to the individual rules of each event. iFunSpace.com may limit access to these
events at their own discretion if they find any customer engaging in any
behavior which circumvents, disobeys, misuses or takes advantage of these
rules. iFunSpace.com reserves the right
to change the rules for each event without notice. iFunSpace.com will terminate the account of any
user who makes use of iFunSpace.com in any way, directly or indirectly, which
is not deemed to be fair use by iFunSpace.com.
iFunSpace.com offers a promotional draw daily, weekly and
monthly for Credits. There is no cost to
enter these draws, and the Credits prize has no monetary value. Each customer is limited to one (1) entry per
draw. The winner is selected by a random
number generator, which is entirely random to the knowledge of iFunSpace.com,
however iFunSpace.com accepts no liability for the true randomness of the
drawing process.
iFunSpace.com provides a public chat room and message forum
for customers to use. iFunSpace.com is
not liable for any inappropriate language or opinions expressed through these
public areas. iFunSpace.com expects our
customers to refrain from using foul language, expressing racism, sexism, or
any other offensive language or opinions.
Private or public messaging, chat rooms, and forums may not be used to
send messages containing solicitation for any products, services or
websites. Any photos that are found to be pornographic or explicit in any way will be removed at once, and we reserve the right to terminate any account that exhibits this behaviour. If any customer is found to violate these expectations, their ability to
participate in public forums, to post public messages, or to chat may be
removed, and their account may be terminated.
If you find any offensive materials (photos, text, chat or messages) on iFunSpace.com, please write us with a description of the offensive material,
and the location on the website where you found the offensive materials.
iFunSpace.com provides each customer with a public profile
which they may use to represent themselves to other customers of iFunSpace.com. Please use your own
discretion when posting any information to these public pages. iFunSpace.com accepts no liability for any
personal damages obtained through the misuse of information on these pages. iFunSpace.com provides you with the ability
to edit or remove any information posted to these pages, however, iFunSpace.com
is also not liable for any copies made by iFunSpace.com, or third parties of
old information (through cache or otherwise).
Accounts will expire after 90 days of inactivity. At that time, the username will no longer be reserved, and any Credits or Rewards in the account will become void.
Fairness Statement
iFunSpace.com has made every attempt to ensure that the
games and services contained within our website are fair, and that each
customer has equal opportunity at winning games. iFunSpace.com is not liable for any outcome
caused by events which are beyond our control such as the speed of one
customer's Internet connection over others, the momentary instability of the Internet
or the physical location of the customer on the globe.
Processing
All financial transactions are carried out by Savinet Enterprises
Ltd., Nicosia, Cyprus. You are advised to print all transactional
data, invoice numbers and statements provided to you at the time of your
transaction. To protect your privacy, iFunSpace.com
does not store credit card information, and as a result is unable to provide
detailed transcripts of financial transactions.
Third Party
Advertisements
iFunSpace.com will make available memberships, discounts,
sales, products, offers, and information from third parties to our customers
through advertising and iActivities.
When possible, iFunSpace.com will allow the customer to earn Rewards
rewards by participating in offers with these third parties. Also, iFunSpace.com may provide contact
information to third party advertisers at our own discretion, and may allow
these third parties to contact registered customers independently from
iFunSpace.com. Customers are subject to
the Terms and Conditions of each third party advertiser. If any customer is found to be in breach of
any third party Terms and Conditions, iFunSpace.com reserves the right to
remove any rewards earned through the third party interaction, and in some
cases reserves the right to terminate their iFunSpace.com account. iFunSpace.com will never share billing
information, such as credit card numbers, with a third party.
iFunSpace.com does not endorse any product or service which
may be linked to, or linked from iFunSpace.com or our third party advertisers,
nor has iFunSpace.com attempted to confirm the accuracy of or verify the
legitimacy of any product or service provided by our third party
advertisers. iFunSpace.com accepts no
liability for the security of your information, or the behavior of our
partners. iFunSpace.com recommends that
you use your discretion before completing any transaction with these third
parties.
Use of Content
You agree that any images, promotional materials, video,
games, text, music, sounds, or any other material found on iFunSpace.com is the
property of iFunSpace.com, and/or its partners, and are protected by the
copyrights of iFunSpace.com or its partners.
You are specifically forbidden by this contract and applicable law from reproducing,
modifying, distributing, promoting, or making use of these materials in any way
without a valid license to do so.
If at our request you send content (for example, text
postings, images and other media) or any creative suggestions, advice or ideas,
the submissions shall become the property of iFunSpace.com. iFunSpace.com will not be liable for the use
or disclosure of your submissions and you agree herein to indemnify and defend iFunSpace.com against any claims arising out of alleged copyright or trademark
infringement resulting from the use of content you submit to iFunSpace.com. An
exception will be made for any illegal materials, which will not be accepted by iFunSpace.com, and are the sole responsibility of the submitter. Any illegal materials will be removed from iFunSpace.com at the time of their discovery.
If you suspect that your own copyrighted materials, or the
copyrighted materials appear on iFunSpace.com without license, please contact iFunSpace.com with a description of the copyrighted work that you claim to be
infringed; a description of where on iFunSpace.com the material was found; an
electronic or physical signature of the owner of the copyrighted material; a
statement by you that the information contained in your document is accurate
and that you are authorized to work on the behalf of the copyright owner.
Termination of
Accounts
You agree that iFunSpace.com has the right, at its sole
discretion, to terminate your account, your password, or your use of the iFunSpace.com website for any reason and without limitation if iFunSpace.com
believes you have violated the Terms of Service or acted inconsistently with
what iFunSpace.com deems to be fair use of the iFunSpace.com website. You agree that upon termination of your
account, iFunSpace.com may immediately deactivate your account, and delete or
remove any information contained within your account, or generated from your
account, or pertaining to your account from iFunSpace.com. At the time of termination, any balances
remaining in your account may become null and void, as they have no monetary
value, and that any shipments in process to you may be cancelled and
terminated.
Limitation of Liability
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IFUNSPACE.COM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA
OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF IFUNSPACE.COM HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), RESULTING FROM: (I) THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO
USE THE IFUNSPACE.COM SERVICE AND/OR PARTICIPATE IN THE IFUNSPACE.COM ACTIVITIES ; (II) THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF
SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA, INFORMATION OR
SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED
INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE IFUNSPACE.COM SERVICE; (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR
ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; (IV) STATEMENTS OR CONDUCT OF ANY
THIRD PARTY ON THE IFUNSPACE.COM SERVICE; OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO
THE IFUNSPACE.COM SERVICE OR OPERATION OF THE IFUNSPACE.COM ACTIVITIES. IN NO
EVENT SHALL IFUNSPACE.COM'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND
CAUSES OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO,
NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE) EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING
THE IFUNSPACE.COM SITE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE
LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnification
YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR
PASSWORD AND ACCOUNT. FURTHERMORE, YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL
ACTIVITIES WHICH OCCUR UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND
HOLD HARMLESS SAVINET ENTERPRISES LTD. ITS PARENTS, AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARY
COMPANIES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND
ALL THIRD PARTY CLAIMS, LIABILITY, DAMAGES AND/OR COSTS (INCLUDING, BUT NOT
LIMITED TO, ATTORNEYS FEES) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, YOUR VIOLATION
OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE OR YOUR INFRINGEMENT, OR INFRINGEMENT BY ANY OTHER USER
OF YOUR ACCOUNT, OF ANY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER RIGHT OF ANY PERSON OR
ENTITY. YOU AGREE TO IMMEDIATELY NOTIFY IFUNSPACE.COM OF ANY UNAUTHORIZED USE
OF YOUR ACCOUNT OR ANY OTHER BREACH OF SECURITY KNOWN TO YOU.
