my husband has been trying to become a member and they keep telling him he all ready has an account he asked support about it but they haven't contacted him can anyone tell me why it won't let him join

Sorry you are having such a hard time signing up but they will allow only one account per ip address. Unless your husband has his own he will not be able to sign up.
