Originally called Diamond Mine, this classic flash game involves moving multicoloured gems around in order to create sets of three or more similar gems. It's a simple, but incredibly addictivegame in which you can also make combos and cascades to score more points.

 You have to swap two adjacent pieces by clicking them and try to create a line of three or more identical (in shape and colour) gems. Remember that combos and cascades will award you extra points and do your best to fill the gem meter in order to receive a bonus. So, the goal in Bejeweled is to make lines, horizontally or vertically, of three or more matching gems. Start swapping two adjacent pieces, and if you make a line of three or more pieces, it will disappear and new pieces will fall onto the board. The more matches you make, the higher your score.

As you progress in the game, it will be upgraded, so use it to destroy as many bricks as you can!Among the things that will appear to help you are the radial bomb, the Row and Col nukes. The Radial Bomb will pop all adjacent bricks when triggered, and you just need to grab it on order to activate it. The Row and Col nuke will pop all bricks in a row/column when triggered.

But you'll find some complications along the road as well, in the form of Stone and Steel bricks. You will have to pop bricks next to these obstacles to clear them (twice in the case of the steel bricks).

Catch falling power-ups to gain special abilities that will help you destroy more bricks but be careful...the red power-ups often work against you. Clear all the bricks on the screen to move on to the next level! You'll notice that the game is played through different themes: space, underwater and two others. When you catch the power-ups, certain effects ensue.

 Ricochet: Lost Worlds (Rebound: Lost Worlds) is the sequel to the first game, and it features several new bricks, power-ups and background art. It also has the new "ring" feature, where you try to collect all the rings on each level. If you collect all five rings on every level, you become "Ring Master" and get the trophy at the end of the game. It is possible to beat the game without getting every ring, but it is less challenging.So, angle your Ion Sphere just right to ricochet your ball on a brick-busting mission!
